The BYONIC project is concerned with the cycling of micronutrients in the ocean and how resource availability shapes the biological activity in the sea. BYONIC is supported by a five year European Research Council consolidator grant to PI Alessandro Tagliabue at the University of Liverpool (United Kingdom) and runs from June 2017 to June 2022.
I am presently hiring people to work on the different aspects of BYONIC, if you are interested then please get in touch via:
A PhD advert is posted in BYONIC Jobs.
Outside of the formal process, I am always interested to hear from ambitious and creative scientists interested in working on the cycling of micronutrients and their impacts on phytoplankton!
